Trade group expanding operations in Far East, with new offices possibly in Beijing or Shanghai. Currently, group is developing bylaws to govern new organization partly created through signing of "memorandum of understanding" with Sanjiu - China's largest botanical and pharmaceutical firm, according to NNFA.
