The agenda for the Federal Trade Commission’s Sept. 21 workshop on advertising for OTC homeopathics bears a resemblance to FDA’s meeting on regulating the products earlier in 2015, including a plaintiffs’ attorney who was scheduled but did not present at the FDA event.
