The European Commission’s proposed European Health Data Space (EHDS) legislation reached trilogue discussions last month, the final negotiating stage between the commission, the Council of the EU and the European Parliament before a final version of the text is agreed on. The council and parliement then must vote in the final version, and while they can reject the entire text, they cannot make changes to its content following trilogues.
