Merck Adds Flagship To Its Venture Fund Network

Merck contributes to Flagship’s latest fund, both sides promise to share ideas and expertise, but Merck gets no special rights to companies or products in Flagship’s portfolio.

Merck & Co. Inc. has added early-stage life science venture firm Flagship Ventures to the roster of venture funds it has joined as a limited partner, the firms said Tuesday, April 10.
