Ireland’s Health Services Executive has agreed to fund nine medicines that have faced long delays in getting to patients. While Irish pharmaceutical industry association IPHA has welcomed the move, it has slammed the “dysfunctional process” that led to the delays and warned that “lessons must be learned”.
