Two More Member States Join US-EU Inspections Deal

The number of European countries whose drug manufacturing site inspections the US regulator can rely on in place of its own inspections has grown.

Bulgaria and Cyprus have become the latest countries to be included in the mutual recognition agreement (MRA) that the EU and the US formed in 2017 to recognize the findings of inspectorates in each other’s jurisdiction.
