Dramatically boosting enrollment of minority populations in clinical trials has become a top goal of the pharmaceutical industry. One way to achieve this is by building a network of clinical trial sites focused on diversity. But stakeholders say there are many hurdles to establishing networks and note the need for partnerships to create community-based infrastructures.
