Moberg Adds DermoPlast Line With Bondholders' Blessing For More

Swedish firm Moberg Pharma AB didn't wait long after bondholders green-lighted additional spending on acquisitions to purchase Prestige Brands Holdings Inc.'s DermoPlast topical anesthetic brand for $47.6m.
