As the European Commission prepares for a wholesale revision of the EU’s pharmaceutical legislation, the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) is calling for further action to prevent Europe from slipping down the priority list of global launch markets. It believes that the EU can learn from the US how to foster an “innovation mindset” and ensure the region remains an attractive place to invest in innovation.
