Barr promotes Paul Bisaro to the new position of president and COO of Barr Pharmaceuticals, the company announces on Jan. 10. Bisaro, who previously served as president and COO of Barr Laboratories, has already assumed the additional responsibilities. In addition, Frederick Wilkinson will join Barr in March as president and COO of Duramed Pharmaceuticals.
