"Material Time, Material Extent" Proposed Rule Issued By FDA

The safety profile of foreign OTC drugs requiring pharmacist intervention will be the deciding factor in FDA decisions on whether some drug ingredients sold outside the U.S. are eligible to be considered for inclusion in an OTC drug monograph.
