At a recent event in London, NICE, the health technology appraisal institute for England and Wales, hinted that it could be in for some big changes over the coming years.

Major changes to the way that the UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence conducts its health technology appraisals could be in store, according to Gill Leng, NICE’s deputy chief executive and director of health and social care.
