Driven by its work to develop guidelines on COVID-19 during the pandemic, NICE, the health technology appraisal institute for England and Wales, has published a five-year strategic plan that it says will enable it to produce “dynamic and living” guidelines, make it more collaborative, and put itself at the forefront of using real world data in decision making.
