FDA Stay Of Sunscreen Final Monograph Requested By CTFA
The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association is asking FDA to "stay and/or refrain" from publishing the OTC sunscreen final monograph and delay the effective date of the final OTC drug labeling rule as it relates to sunscreens. The FDA Modernization Act requires a sunscreen reg to be final by May 19.
