"Law & Order" actress Angie Harmon signs on as new spokesmodel for Neutrogena cosmetics and skin care, the Johnson & Johnson company says. Harmon will appear in a national print and TV advertising campaign breaking in June. She joins actresses Josie Bissett, Jennifer Love Hewitt and singer Mandy Moore, who will continue in their capacity as Neutrogena reps
