US Trade Commission Affirms Potential TPP Benefits For Cosmetics Sector

In a report assessing the likely impact of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the US International Trade Commission suggests the trade agreement will "level the playing field" for the US cosmetics industry, reducing or eliminating tariffs and providing companies with benefits already enjoyed by foreign firms under other regional pacts.
