Cosmetics Europe has been consulting with the Personal Care Products Council as it readies its advocacy and PR platforms for expected EU-level legislative movement to restrict plastic microbead use in cosmetics.

Following the US’ enactment of legislation banning plastic microbeads from rinse-off cleansing and exfoliating cosmetics, Cosmetics Europe is preparing for similar legislation to materialize in the EU.
