California Assembly Passes Bill For Professional Cosmetic Ingredient Disclosure

Beauty products marketed for use by manicurists, estheticians and other licensed professionals would be subject to the same ingredient labeling requirements as other cosmetics in California under a bill that passed the state Assembly May 30.
