Injunction Ends Spiked Supplement Marketers' Attempt To Deceive FDA

Other than making apparently false statements to FDA about no longer selling spiked supplements, operators of R Thomas Marketing, identified online as a social media consultancy, and S Hackett Marketing, which d/b/a "Just Enhance" and apparently sells a variety of consumer goods, made no contact with FDA or with DoJ, according to court order entered as a permanent injunction.

A pair of businesses in New York City and Trenton, N.J., continued selling dietary supplements spiked with an erectile dysfunction drug while repeatedly soliciting sales to undercover investigators but telling FDA they'd halted the sales, according to a federal court order shutting them down.
