'Step-By-Step' Label Guidance On Converting Nutrients' Units Of Measure

Instructions on converting units of measure for five nutrients to comply with the US Food and Drug Administration's 2016 dietary supplement and food labeling rule are the focus of a guidance the agency published 15 August, four and a half months before the compliance date for manufacturers with $10m or more in annual sales.
