Prevagen ‘Improves Memory’ Claims Will Be Qualified Under Class Action Settlement

The marketer of brain health supplement Prevagen agrees in a proposed settlement to seven class actions not to make “improves memory” claims without “competent and reliable scientific evidence as substantiation," or to "conspicuously" qualify the basis for the claims.
