A Canadian contract development and manufacturer organization making branded OTC drugs, Trillium Health Care Products Inc., has a new owner as Avista Healthcare Partners closes its acquisition from New Water Capital.

New York-based Avista, formerly Avista Capital Partners, on 7 August announced that Trillium, based in Brockville, ON, is a partner to leading North American and global consumer health care and pharmaceutical companies
