REACH Stakeholders Must “Step Up” Compliance Efforts

REACH-EN-FORCE 2 project focused on downstream users reveals non-compliance issues related to registration and notification of substances, safety data sheets and communication up and down the supply chain. Twenty-nine EU member states participated in the project aimed at improving compliance and promoting enforcement harmonization.
