Sen. Feinstein Plans Cosmetics Bill In Collaboration With Industry, NGOs

Prospects for the developing draft bill are optimistic given the California democratic senator’s reputation for working “effectively across the aisle” and her receptivity to both industry and NGO stakeholders.
