NAD Voice Muted In Appeal Deliberations Under Procedural Changes

The National Advertising Division's input will not be included in appeals of its decisions under a change expected to take effect in November, though the unit's attorneys may still be available to answer questions as needed. Recommended by an American Bar Association working group, the revised system is intended to free up NAD resources to accelerate advertising-claim reviews.
