FDA Will Respond To Lipstick Lead-Limit Petition In March

According to President Obama’s fiscal 2016 budget request, FDA expects to meet the March 2015 due date imposed by Congress for responding to a citizen petition to set a maximum limit on lead in cosmetic products.
