PCPC Touts Cosmetic Trade Surplus In US, Which TPP Could Enhance

The US cosmetics industry enjoys a strong and growing trade surplus, third largest overall in the US manufacturing sector, according to research commissioned by the Personal Care Products Council. Exports should increase further if the Trans-Pacific Partnership advances.
