House Bill Seeks Asbestos Warnings On Unverified Kids' Cosmetics With Talc

The Children’s Product Warning Label Act of 2018 would give parents "peace of mind in knowing that the cosmetics they buy for their children are safe," says Michigan Democrat Debbie Dingell. The bill would mandate labeled cancer warnings or accredited lab testing to verify that children's cosmetics are asbestos-free, lest the products be deemed misbranded.
