Colgate Says Hello To Subscription-Delivery Wtih Oral Care Line Acquisition

Colgate agrees to purchase Hello Products direct-to-consumer oral care brand, complementing  its Colgate brand and its Tom’s of Maine natural-positioned line. The firm will pay with a combination of cash and debt in the deal expected to close no later than the end of February.

Colgate is acquirng the Hello lineup of Activated Charcoal toothpaste and mouthwash, Hemp + Fluoride Free toothpaste, Charcoal + Matcha, Charcoal + Hemp Seed Oil and Sensitivity Relief.

Colgate-Palmolive Co.’s planned purchase of Hello Products LLC gives it another major natural-positioned oral care brand and its first dedicated, subscription-based line.

The New York-based firm announced on 24 January that it has agreed to acquire Hello Products, of Montclair, NJ, from Tenth Avenue Holdings for an undisclosed price
