Ending Drug Ingredient Animal Tests Gains Steam In US Due To Unreliable Human Toxicity Predictions

Toxicity testing with animals still is used for many OTC drug, dietary supplement and cosmetic ingredients even though the results often don’t extrapolate to humans.
