Beauty Incubator HatchCollective Gets New Name, Bigger Retail Opportunity Under New Ownership

American Exchange Group, a designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of fashion accessories, jewelry and footwear, has announced its purchase of beauty brand incubator HatchCollective for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which includes around a dozen beauty and personal-care brands, provides them with access to a broader retail network.

New York-based American Exchange Group (AEG) is taking a “significant step” into beauty with the acquisition of Los Angeles-based beauty and personal-care brand incubator HatchCollective.
