Boston-based private equity company Yellow Wood Partners LLC has signed a binding offer to acquire Elida Beauty, a beauty division of Unilever PLC comprising 20 “iconic and classic” personal care brands.
The second planned transaction in a year between the companies, Yellow Wood will pick up the non-core assets including soap brands Lever 2000, Caress and Monsavon, hair care brands V05, Tigi and Timotei, Brut fragrance and Q-tips ear hygiene products
