San Diego-based Debut Biotechnology, Inc. is expanding its agreement with L’Oréal SA to develop more than a dozen “vital, bio-identical” ingredients that will replace conventionally sourced ingredients currently used in L’Oréal’s global beauty and personal-care brands across skin, hair, color cosmetics and fragrances, the firm announced on 2 July.
