The US Food and Drug Administration kicked off enforcement of facility and product registration requirements of the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act in July, though stakeholders have generally not received enforcement letters or faced agency action so far, says attorney Angela Diesch of Amin Wasserman Gurnani, LLP.
